Who is Pack Plus for?
You want to keep managing your rental. But you don’t want to get it wrong when choosing who moves in.
Some landlords prefer to handle the relationship with their tenant personally once the contract is signed. They are comfortable dealing with questions, repairs, renewals and other everyday matters. But there is one decision they would rather not face alone:
choosing the tenant.
Pack Plus is designed for exactly that landlord. ARO takes care of marketing and selection. Once the contract is signed, the landlord carries on with the day-to-day management.
We get the home ready for the market
Before marketing the property we go through with the landlord what is needed to start the letting process properly. If some work is needed before the home goes on the market, we can point out what we have found and agree how to proceed depending on the service chosen.
We present and market the home
Good selection starts with attracting the right applicants.
ARO markets the property with professional photography, video and virtual tours, and handles the enquiries that come in. But our goal is not to let it in as few days as possible. We look for the right balance between rent, time and the quality of the applicant.

However, only around 20% usually go further in the process, and roughly 10% of the initial total may reach the final stages with a genuine interest in the home. The figures vary with each property and the state of the market.
Our job isn’t to generate enquiries. It’s to choose between them.

We review the applicant’s financial and professional documents, but our assessment doesn’t stop there. We also want to understand their personal circumstances, why they are interested in that particular home and how things go in the run-up to the tenancy. Each interaction helps us give the landlord a fuller picture before they decide.
A payslip can tell you whether someone can pay.
It doesn’t necessarily tell you what the relationship will be like over the coming years.

The day-to-day relationship with the tenant, later repairs, decisions on maintenance, renewals and other routine management stay in the landlord’s hands.
