Why do we ask for this information?

Before any viewing, we need to look at your personal and employment situation.

To do this, we ask you to upload the documents listed on this page. They serve only one purpose: getting approval from the insurers that provide rent guarantee insurance.

Until we have this approval, which landlords require, no viewings can take place.
