Two ways to manage your rental without the worry.
We offer two rental management services in Mallorca. With Pack Plus, ARO handles marketing and tenant selection, and the landlord then takes over the management. With Pack Premium, ARO carries on managing the tenancy, repairs and the day-to-day relationship for the whole contract.

In both cases we assess and prepare the property, market it and vet every applicant before presenting them to you. The decision on who moves into your home is always yours. Once the contract is signed, the question is simple: do you want to keep running the tenancy yourself, or would you rather we did it?
Pack Plus suits you if…
- You already have experience as a landlord and want to keep managing the tenancy yourself.
- You have the time and availability to look after the relationship with the tenant afterwards.
- You want professional support with the most delicate part: finding and choosing the right person to live in your property.
Pack Premium suits you if…
- You would rather not deal with the day-to-day: repairs, rent collection and the relationship with the tenant.
- You live outside Mallorca or can't travel every time something comes up at the property.
- You want to keep making the important decisions and follow everything in our app, without doing the admin yourself.
How are they different?
Pack Premium includes the whole marketing and selection process of Pack Plus, and also manages the contract while it runs: repairs, rent collection, tax and the end of the contract.
